Important for Accepted Papers

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a Full registration for the paper to be included in the conference program. However, if an author has multiple accepted papers and none of their co-authors will be attending, a single full registration will cover all of that author’s papers.

Payment Method (SWIFT/Bank Transfer)

All payments made via SWIFT must be sent with the OUR instruction to ensure that the full registration fee is received by the conference bank account. Any intermediary bank fees or transfer charges must be covered by the sender.

Payment Transfer Note (Must be included to the SWIFT/Bank Transfer)

You must include the exact registration description generated during the registration process in the transfer notes/description field. Payments without this exact reference code will not be accepted.

Registration Rules and Payment Guidelines
Base Registration Requirement: Every accepted paper must be covered by at least 1 Full registration.
Scope of the Full + Student Discount: The additional student discounts (two or more students) are exclusively applicable to a single accepted paper or to registrations without a paper.
Multiple Paper Policy: If a research group (e.g., an advisor and their students) has multiple accepted papers, an independent Full Registration is required for each paper.
Exception: If a single author is attending the conference alone and has no co-authors attending, their single Full Registration will cover all of their accepted papers.
Example Scenario: An author group of three people with two accepted/invited papers must purchase at least two Full Registrations to cover both papers. The third author can get a student ticket (if they are a student) or a full registration.

Conference dates are 6-9 July 2026. Select your attendance days for the Daily Pass.
Use the submission number for SPM/SMI accepted papers and the article number for CAD/C&G invited papers.
